Block Party Items Needed

Ketchup, mustard, relish, salt & pepper are all taken care of. Paper plates and plastic ware are taken care of.

So far for food we know we have fruit salad, 2 deserts and 2 sides.

Please don't forget your own drinks and chairs.

I found a bouncy for $130.00. All contributions are welcome!!!

Rolling Acres Annual Block Party

Hello all,

This BLOG was created to help us all stay in touch and publish news that may pertain to Leonard Drive and Franconia Drive residence.

First on the agenda is the annual block party scheduled for September 2nd, 2007 around 2:00pm. Same idea as last year...tables will be set up in front of 15 Leonard Drive along with two grills for everyone to share. Each family should bring their own drinks, chairs and grill items.

Below is a list of items we will need:

Condiments- ketchup, mustard, relish
Paper Goods- napkins, plates, plastic ware
Side dishes- pasta salad, macaroni salad, etc.
Munchies- chips and dip, peanuts, etc.
Desserts

We plan on having a Bouncy set up for the kids. The cost for the bouncy is $150.00. We will set out a coffee can for donations.
